Look closer.
Things I'm looking at closely. Each piece stands alone. Together they start to describe something larger.

I write at the edge of what I don't understand yet.
That line has always been where the interesting things live. I've spent a long time chasing it across military operations, healthcare systems, manufacturing floors, and enterprise technology. Different places, same impulse: go look at something closely enough that it starts to look strange again.
The blog is where that looking becomes writing. Sometimes the subject is AI. Sometimes it's how organizations lose the ability to see what's right in front of them. Sometimes it's something I noticed and couldn't explain and had to chase down.
I'm a founder, a practitioner, and a chronic experimenter. I'd rather be wrong about something I actually tried than right about something I only thought through.

What I'm looking at, what I'm finding, and what I can't explain yet. No pitches. No funnels. Just the work.
